offer tips for creating unity & maintaining a culture on honor on the team
assist in conflict resolution
discuss strategies for how to handle a team member who is not following established ministry guidelines
build your team's confidence & skill in ministering to the broken & hurting
encourage you & cheer you on

By request, we can visit your location to observe you & your team in ministry sessions, and offer coaching & mentoring.
